This website is a personal canvas and digital curriculum vitae engineered with an emphasis on performance, longevity, privacy, and minimalist design craft.

Philosophy

• Zero Bloat: No frontend frameworks, no CSS component libraries, and no client-side bundlers.
• Privacy First: Zero trackers, zero cookies, and zero third-party telemetry scripts.
• Fast by Default: Pre-rendered static pages served directly from global edge caches with sub-25ms build times.

Technology & Architecture

• Static Generator: Built with Hugo. Site builds execute locally and in CI in ~15–25 milliseconds.
• Frontend Stack: Semantic HTML5, modern CSS3 custom properties (CSS variables), and vanilla JavaScript.
• Color System: Inspired by the retro-groove Gruvbox palette, supporting system-preference detection and manual light/dark switching backed by localStorage.
• Typography: Set in a monospaced typeface hierarchy utilizing ui-monospace, SF Mono, Fira Code, JetBrains Mono, and locally hosted Cutive Mono (.woff2).
• Offline & PWA Engine: A lightweight, zero-dependency Service Worker (sw.js) pre-caches core static assets and employs a Stale-While-Revalidate caching strategy for instant sub-millisecond page transitions and full offline readability.
• Terminal PlainText: Raw plain-text curriculum vitae rendered automatically at /cv.txt via custom Hugo output templates for frictionless CLI consumption via curl.

Hosting & Delivery

• Edge Network: Hosted on Cloudflare Pages with automated Git-driven deployments.
• Security & Headers: Configured with strict HTTP response headers (X-Content-Type-Options: nosniff, X-Frame-Options: DENY, Referrer-Policy: strict-origin-when-cross-origin, and Permissions-Policy).
• Caching: Fingerprinted static assets (styles, fonts) are delivered with long-term immutable cache directives (Cache-Control: public, max-age=31536000, immutable).

Benchmarks & Network Payload

Print & Export Engine

The interactive CV incorporates an adaptive print stylesheet (@media print) targeting standard US Letter paper. Checkboxes, interactive controls, and website chrome are automatically pruned to generate clean, high-contrast, ATS-compatible executive PDF resumes directly from the browser’s native print engine.
